STEVE CHAPMANSteve began his career in IT in 1987 working for Seiko in Maidenhead where he worked for nine years until moving onto Data Entry Systems where he had his initiation into the world of Crystal Reports! After working for ten years with Chase as a Crystal expert where he ran courses, wrote magazines and chaired the Crystal Report Writing User Group, Steve decided to join DSCallards as a Senior BI Consultant. ANGUS MENTERA Spanish and French graduate from the University of London, Angus began his career in 1997 looking after a cinema's IT systems before moving into a European helpdesk support role at Reckitt & Colman, supporting employees throughout Europe with their IT issues.  Angus then joined Crystal Reports (Seagate Software as it was) in 1999 to provide technical support before moving on to become a senior technical engineer.  The acquisitions of Crystal by Business Objects and SAP both provided great opportunities for Angus to broaden his product and methodology knowledge.  As principal pre-sales consultant in SAP Angus worked on large end-to-end business intelligence projects and business process projects respectively.  He joined DSCallards in 2010 for the opportunity to be based close to home, go back to using technology and to help make a difference to the company and its customers.

REBECCA MIDDLETONSince graduating from University of Plymouth with a Computing and Informatics degree, Rebecca has worked as a Business intelligence Consultant within the BI team at DSCallards.  Her primary focus is to deliver training to customers in SAP Crystal software products and work with them to build reporting solutions that meet their needs.

GEORGE ALLARDSince graduating from Cape Town University with a BSC in Applied Mathematics, George has worked as a Programmer, Business Analyst and BI Specialist throughout Southern Africa and Europe and has acquired a tremendous amount of experience with organisations that include The Berkeley Group, British Gas, Lombard Finance, Prudential and Hewlett Packard. PENNY SEWELL - Training CoordinatorHaving lived and worked in London, Manchester, Chichester and Moscow, Penny returned to glorious Devon and joined DSCallards in February 2010 as Training Coordinator.  Her role at DSCallards reflects a varied career.  It began in Accountancy Recruitment which somehow led to becoming a Teacher of the Deaf.  This involved working closely with children, families, schools and other education, medical and social care professionals and required excellent organisational skills.
